Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-4:30 pm Please be aware that we will have a 9:00 am cut-off time for the entire camp. COST:
$225 per week for school-aged children and $280 per week for PreK children. During the summer months, we accept cash, money order, or payments via ProCare but no checks unless they are written prior to June 15. Payments must be made no later than Monday of the week of service. If you registered for the week, payment is expected unless you have given 10 days written notice.
$75 registration fee and security deposit (one week's fee) required for enrollment. The security deposit will be applied to the final week of enrollment. No refunds will be given on the security deposit.
We accept ELRC/CCIS and other subsidies. ELRC will also pay the registration fee.
Discounts
We offer multiple-child discounts and advanced payment discounts of $20 per week. Please call the office for details.

Private Pay:
Complete the enclosed registration form and return it with your $75 registration fee to Spring Garden Academy. You are not required to register for all weeks. However, you must give written notice at least 10 days in advance to change your registration weeks without penalty. We will accept registration until the camp is full.
Call the school office to set up a time to tour and/or to have an application packet sent to you. The completed application, registration fee, and one week's security deposit must be returned to secure a place in our camp.
FOR ELRC or other subsidy programs:
If you are receiving funding through ELRC/CCIS, please complete a registration form and have your caseworker confirm your participation. ELRC will cover your registration fee, but we must receive official notification (unless you are already enrolled in our program and your ELRC subsidy is active).
For other grants and subsidy programs, please call your case worker to start the paperwork and notify our office of your funding plans. You will need to turn in a registration form. If your program does not cover the registration fee, you will need to pay that as well.
